The Agreement: By accessing our technical data or placing a purchase order, you agree to these operational standards.

Intellectual Property: All proprietary formulations, technical dossiers, and “Aura Insights” shared during the consultation process remain the exclusive property of Aura Ingredients and are intended for the client’s internal R&D use only.

Product Warranty: We guarantee that all ingredients meet the specified Certificate of Analysis (COA) at the time of shipping. However, as formulation is an art as much as a science, the final safety and regulatory compliance of the finished consumer product rests with the manufacturer.

Logistics & Allocation: While we strive for seamless delivery, lead times are subject to global raw material availability. We reserve the right to manage stock allocations to ensure consistent supply for our long-term partners.
